In the late 1990s, Alain Godefroy took over a leather furniture restoration business in the Nice region.
He quickly realized that the future of his business lay at sea. He then traveled to all the region’s ports, boat by boat, to present his leather restoration business.
Leather & Yachts became a benchmark in the superyacht world for the quality of its work.
More than 20 years later, having worked on over 300 yachts, including some of the most prestigious, he decided to pass on his business.
JP Decherf, after having worked in several professions, embarked on the adventure of craftsmanship with Alain to take over.
